It was cool , high 84F, & Sunday i had no plans till people came over @ 6PM so another " old school " cook
Ribs , BB with mustard & my homemade rub.
Grilled corn recipe, smoked Beans , & slaw!

Nice ribs, but the corn really caught my eye! It's going to be awhile yet before the locally-grown stuff is available so I'm just going to have to be patient!

Mmmmmm.... ribs and corn. Two of my favorite finger foods. :D
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

I use the side firebox only when making a big cook.
I've cooked indirect for decades & I'm used to it
