Hi,

Just wanna share some pic of my latest cook, I cook 2 spatcocked chicken one marinated into a chimichurry paste and the other into Steven's piri piri marinade from Barbecue Bible

Thanks you, I like to do all my meal on the grill as I don't like to go back and forth from my grill to the kitchen.

This year I decided to participate more to the forum. I am coming everyday since 2008 but as english is my second langage (french native), it is harder for me to write and I don't look like a fool.

Yeah this recipe is on the regular rotation :D . My GF is asking this chicken at least twice a year!
