Sausage Flavored Pork Chops

We had a fairly simple, but good meal this evening. I tried this a while back (posted by Mr ScreamingChicken), but marinaded the chops for only a couple of hours. This time, I started a little earlier. I mixed up some crushed fennel seed, EVOO, and some pressed garlic. I hit the pork chops with the jaccard. I then put the pork chops in a Foodsaver bag with the marinade and let sit for 24 hours. I fixed some green beans in EVOO and garlic along with a salad. Here is a pic of the chops on the grill:

Sorry about no plating pics, we were too hungry to wait. The pork chops were very moist and very tasty. There was a nice crust on the chops and the fennel seed added a really nice flavor. I'm going to have to fix these again :D

They look great, Jimmy! The next time I do something similar I'm going add some crushed red pepper flakes as well.
