Saturday night in Sunny Philadelphia, OK an hour outside..but you know what I mean..
I have been thinking about Dyal's chicken bombs all week, and I happen to have a couple peppers in the fridge so I topped them with cilantro and a spicy feta cheese:
By the way the Cast Iron Grates, jalapeno's rest perfectly in-between. Also have my cast iron skillet getting nice and smokey for the blackened tuna:
While the wife and I eat the Peppers which came out pretty good, would like something on the sweet side inside next time, maybe a small piece of Pineapple. Anyway, I get the first side of the tuna cooking:
Give it a good 4-5 minutes on the first side and flip it over:
Get the shrimp on and bring this meal to a close:
Plate it up and serve:
Blackened Tuna over a caesar salad is always a favorite of me and the wife, this time a side of Shrimp made it real nice.
