Here's some stir fry I whipped up the other day. Thinly sliced up a flat iron steak, then marinated it in some Korean Teriyaki Sauce and Siriachi Sauce. Pretty tasty and quick weeknight meal.

I was wondering how the flat iron would turn out in stir fry. Tasted way better than the precut stuff in the meat section. The flat iron was much more flavorful and tender. Soaked up the marinade nicely too.

That's a great quickie, Dyal! Wonderful combination, and wholesome too. That's a recipe I'd like to try for myself. :D

Nice stir-fry, Dyal! Flatiron steaks are a shoulder cut so they can sometimes be tough, but the taste is always worth it. :D
Unlike propane, you'll never wake up scorched and naked in another county because you mishandled a bag of briquettes.

And thank you, Dyal!-- I'll put the money in my piggy bank and put it toward my Egg/Kamado fund!

I've never had a tough flat iron. Just slice thinly against the grain and they will be as tender as can be! :)
