Such a beautiful day here, and I had a boneless turkey breast ready to go:

Rubbed and ready for the Egg

On the Egg, with cherry wood:

Made a glaze with stone ground mustard and honey:

Glazed about a half hour before pulling:

Great, relatively healthy meal.

Looks really good and moist! I see you even got a slight smoke ring...that's not always easy to do with a piece of meat that can dry out pretty fast. Did you take it off the fire at about 160?
