I know most of you guys cook all year round, and once I get my Egg I will to, but for the cold winter months I put the kettle in the shed. Anyway, I made some of Steven's Peruvian Beef Kebabs using Filet:

Finished Product. This is going to be on the normal rotation this summer... YUM!

Thanks guys.. The Kebabs were awesome. Steven's recipes never seem to miss.

On a side note, might be the last cook before my Egg gets here... XL BGE! I pick it up Tuesday.
