That looks great. No rain out west, bluebird weather in the land of the redwoods. Took advantage and grilled up some yogurt marinated lamb chops, eggplant with parsley/garlic and made some Arabic fava beans (Ful Medames).
Seasoned up some nice Shoulder chops with a Z'atar rub I concocted (Z'atar is a mid east herb mixture that's got a lot of thyme in it. You can get it at middle eastern stores).
Put these in a Turkish Yogurt Marinade over night
Grilled some eggplant slices that I salted and sweated for about a half hour.
And dinner is served! Etude Pinot Noir, 2009 - not a bad Carneros Pinot (This IS California after all
