Calzones on the Egg

Made some calzones on the egg tonight. Considering how quickly they disappeared they must have been pretty good. Thanks to DyalSC for answering my questions!

Looks fantastic, Steve! Hope the time I gave you was accurate. I never time my cooks... and for pizza/calzones, I peek through the daisy wheel until I like what I see.

Actually I left the cap off and looked through the open chimney. Your time was pretty darn close.

Did you do anything to keep the dough from sticking to the press?

(I picked one of those up a while ago and have yet to use it. )

The dough balls we used had a coating of flour on them when we got them. I didn't add anything to the dough or the press. They stuck a little but not enough to be a problem.
