Made some calzones on the egg tonight. Considering how quickly they disappeared they must have been pretty good. Thanks to DyalSC for answering my questions!

Actually I left the cap off and looked through the open chimney. Your time was pretty darn close.
The dough balls we used had a coating of flour on them when we got them. I didn't add anything to the dough or the press. They stuck a little but not enough to be a problem.
