What's cooking this weekend?

I'm a day late for this post but I've been fighting a bit of a cold (courtesy of Mrs. Chicken) for the past couple of days and am a little off my game. I didn't grill anything last night and am not yet sure about tonight, but I have a big ol' rump roast to cook up tomorrow for dinner and lunches for the week.

Hope you're feeling better soon! Just threw on some wings and whipped up some Jalamango Lime sauce that I posted about before. This time I wrote down the proportions and I think it's even better this go around. Not sure yet about tomorrow.

Just enjoyed me a chuck blade steak (maybe I'll post it), and am considering Louisiana style hot legs for manana.
