deep fried chicken

this sounded really good so i had to try it out,

marinate chicken for an hour in buttermilk

then roll in Kikkoman panko, Asian style bread crumbs

then deep fat fry until IT is 160deg

That chick does look delic, Chrish-- moist and tender meat. By any chance, did you discover that recipe on the TV show "The Chew?"

i got the recipe from my mother and most likely she got it from a cooking show.
