Forgot I had these pix.... I smoked this up while the board was down during the time of Hurricane Sandy. Can't remember the recipe for the Mac n cheese, but I do remember I used 4 or 5 different cheeses in there.

Outstanding! The ribs look excellent but I could really go for a big plate of the mac 'n' cheese!

Wow, that looks terrific. Had to pop a lipitor just looking :) . The wife and I were just talking about Mac'n cheese. Been a long time.
