i made two racks of spareribs on Saturday. i cooked them for 4hrs at 250-275 grill temp. the only seasoning i used was Montreal steak seasoning (no sauce, i ate them as they where) and they tasted fantastic and fall off the bone. (That's how my wife likes them)

the loin of the spares turned out great as well.

Did the Montreal seasoning taste a lot like it would've on a grilled steak, or did it change a bit because of the longer cook time?

it tasted different than on a steak even my wife liked it nuff said.
