Hunting Camp Cook

I cooked a small wild hog, a Boston butt, & a couple of birds on out homemade barrel cooker @ hunting camp.
Indirect smoke , base of charcoal & mainly oak after.
About 2 hours into cook the rain hit , no one going hunting in a cold rain, the adult beverages came out & forgot to take pics of finished cook
Came out really good & "A good time was had by all!"

Nice setup, John, and I understand how beverages can lead to missed photos.

How did you prep the wild pig?

Been there done that! Looks like a lot of fun. How did everyone do? I see remnants of what looks like a pretty decent whitetail.

That is fantastic!

Would have loved to have been there or at least been able to see the finished results.
