Did my first asado on the new grill. skirt steak with chimichurri and some saffron rice.
Seasoned salt, pepper, red pepper oregano and olive oil.
Grilled them on the parrilla over some prune wood I had.
Juicy, tender and loaded with beefy flavor. The Falcon was a present from my Father in Law.

As am I. Ironically, garlic was never present in my mom's kitchen when I was growing up except the garlic powder she'd use on Italian or French bread!
