Wiseguy, that sandwich looks great! Are you going to give it a shot? After pressing I'd be tempted to brush it with a little olive oil and put it on the grill to crisp the crust and give it some nice marks...the steak, of course, is already grilled.

Good Lord I think I just gained 5 lbs just looking at the pictures!!!

I agree with Brad, some EVOO and a little more time over the heat would make it nice and crispy.

I wouldn't mind trying it if I have the guys over to catch a game.

That'd be perfect for a New Year's bowl game or the NFL playoffs, but it might be a little tough to justify the effort for a regular-season game. Especially if you're a Jets fan.
