Snapper & Skrimps

Last night I grilled up some red snapper on the half-shell, skewered up some bacon wrapped jumbo skrimps and had some squash & zucchini. Mighty fine.

Nice job, Toby...pass me a couple skewers! Did you catch the snapper yourself? I know you're not exactly close to the Gulf but you're still a heck of a lot closer than me! :lol:

Yes, we did catch the snapper back in July when we vacationed in Destin, Florida. We went back to Galveston on the Texas coast in August and I bought 10 lbs of Jumbo Skrimps off of the boats. I still have a lot left to cook. DEEElicious!
