We had an early supper last night because my wife had to work so I grilled up a half-dozen cheeseburgers with just ground beef, seasoned salt, and pepper. I'd picked up some good Muenster cheese the day before so I cut some fairly thin slices to put on the patties.
No pics this time around but Jimmy Buffett's right - a medium-rare Muenster cheeseburger is definitely worth singing about! Usually I use the presliced versions of American, Colby, etc. for burgers because they're convenient but the Muenster was easily worth the minimal effort it took.
