Cooking in the Dark

In the deep south there are two outdoor cooking seasons, when it's light after work & when it's dark after work. Many people don't miss daylight savings time but I do!
Got the bulbs changed in the "stadium lights".
The small charcoal tailgating grill is set up under the deck umbrella.
My gas grill & SRG have full gas tanks!
During the week I'll mainly grill & slow cook on the weekend.

That's a pretty neat setup, John. How many bulbs in each fixture? What style do you use...something like an R40?

There are four 150W halogen shining on the deck.
Puts out plenty of light.

I have to come up with some lighting for my cooking area.

still using it but definitely not as easy in the dark
