In the deep south there are two outdoor cooking seasons, when it's light after work & when it's dark after work. Many people don't miss daylight savings time but I do! Got the bulbs changed in the "stadium lights". The small charcoal tailgating grill is set up under the deck umbrella. My gas grill & SRG have full gas tanks! During the week I'll mainly grill & slow cook on the weekend.
