Like the title says!

The other night I was moving things around between the chest freezer and the fridge freezer when I came across a beef arm roast, so I'm doing something with it on Sunday. Possibly on the rotisserie, although I'm looking for something different than pit beef.

Duck Season opener is Saturday out here on the west coast. Weather is just too good - wish it was blowing like hell and raining sideways but that doesn't happen until December. Grilling up Porterhouses and Garlic bread over almond wood for the crew at the duck cabin tonight and spatchcocking a bunch of chickens with a olive oil fajita rub Saturday. Probably make up a mess of beans or rice and tortillas and some salsa to go with it.

Of course beer will be involved somehow, and probably the traditional all night poker game.
