I have been to his shop, his food is great. He, however, is one of the most annoying store owners I have EVER dealt with. And I grew up in Brooklyn.

He works the shop by himself, and attempts to browbeat every customer into buying more as the line grows longer. Only the threat of walking out and going to his very good competitor at Routes 15 and 50 got him to ring up the order.

Maybe that's how things are done back in his native country? It wouldn't surprise me...heck, as a Midwesterner I sometimes can't figure out people from the coasts!
