What's going on this weekend? I have a wedding to attend tomorrow so I doubt I'll be doing any grilling, but Sunday's wide open so far...

Going to keep it simple with Carne Asada with guacamole and pico de gallo on Saturday and Tri-tip and corn on the cob on Sunday.

Weather is not suppose to be great so not sure if grilling this weekend either.

But I will be brewing an English Strong Ale this weekend and I also looking at making a Blueberry Mead too

Dry aged strip last night. Smoking up a Venison Fatty right now. Never smoked a fatty before, so it's somewhat of an experiment for me. Will also be making lots and lots of deer jerky. :) Not sure about tomorrow yet.
