...maybe not the biggest...I dunno. But I challenge y'all to make one bigger. You won't regret it, I promise.
My wife and I fended for ourselves tonight. I spotted the smoked bologna in the freezer that I whipped up awhile back on the BGE. Then I spotted some bacon, eggs and cheese. And I always have the ingredients on hand for homemade biscuits (Bisquick and Milk... ).
Made a few huge biscuits up that were 6 inches in diameter. Buttered them up inside and out.
Fried up the bologna in a little bit of bacon fat, topped it with a nice slice of deli cheddar, and kept the fried egg a little bit runny. Some good eatin' right there!
