Because I'm not the most organized person in the world I took out a package of country style ribs, let them thaw, and then looked through my cookbooks for a recipe.

I found a few but compared to recipes for other cuts the CSR is like a redheaded stepchild. Anybody know of a good online recipe I might use?

I haven't made those in a long time, but I usually just grill those up with a good rub and bbq sauce...and of course a good smoking wood. But I did a quick online search just then, and found this:

Looks like it might be a decent marinade...the soy sauce should help tenderize the meat. But I really can't speak for it since I've never tried it.

Bourbon good, brown sugar bad. But overall it looks good so I might use my personal "teaspoon rule" when it comes to sugar.

Otherwise the Country Style Ribs with Oregano and Mint from Ribs, Ribs, Ribs. looks like it might have some legs.
