Gameday Ribs

Here are some spare ribs from yesterday. They were rubbed with Dizzy Pig Salt-Free Raging River and smoked up with Hickory. Mine was sauced with Sticky Fingers Habanero Hot, and my wife's was sauced with SBR Honey Chipotle.

Looks delicious and you saw a good game too! Huge game this weekend vs. UGA

Thx, y'all! Eddie, yep, the game will be epic! Sportscenter will be in Columbia on Saturday. And of all times I have to be outta town, Saturday is one of them. I'll at least be able to make it back to my house for the game itself though.
