BBQ at work !

Howdy...

Did a little Catering job for some VIP Customers at work ( my day job )a couple of weeks ago. Started off with some appetizer, then had ribs, pork roast, smoked salmon, striploin and some other stuff and finished with rum, chili, sugar and cinnamon marinated grilled pineapple and icecream for dessert. Happy customers -> happy boss -> some extra days off for the bbq whenever i need them

+1 to what everyone else said...looks outstanding! What all is in your Sausage Wrap thingy?? Those look like they would be a perfect appetizer/fingerfood to bring to a party.

Thats a brat, grilled pineapple with brown sugar, chili powder and cinnamon, some homemade honey/mustard sauce and rocket greens. The tortilla wrap gets sprayed with apple juice while grilling to keep it moist and prevent from getting hard.
