Thank you all

It’s always fun to cook Paella. It really makes any party or get together much more festive

Jim,
A Discada is sometimes called Cowboy Wok or Mexican wok. Most of them are made from a retired plow discs and used as a griddle or wok for Mexican or Southwestern dishes.
Mine is 24” and got it from this site
http://www.lonestargrillz.com/Gas-Grills-.htmlHere are a couple of pictures of it

It’s heavy and retains heat like cast iron also seasoned the same way. It has a concave shape like a wok and not as flat as Paella pan, but it works just as well. I fed about 25 people that day and had a lot of leftovers. I could’ve easily added more rice and fed more people.
Brad,
My first grill was a Weber Kettle and I still own a couple of them and will always have place for it in my toolbox. It always amazes me how much food you could cook on a Kettle with very little charcoal.
Dyal and Griffin,
We’re all one family here and would be glad to share my food with all of you
