Haven't made one in a while and for some reason I had a real strong craving for one....I defrosted some ground beef 80/20 and made up some patties and then put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes...

Dusted them with some Raising The Steaks rub from Dizzy Pig

Had some really tight seals but one kinda lost it's cheese...Not sure why....I made a slit in them once I flipped them too

And all the other ones were just like this...So juicy...I think next time I'll add another slice of American. One wasn't enough

The points scale probably doesn't go that high. :D

Daaang! Those look great, Eddie! Work and other chores have kept me from the grill since Sunday. I gotta get my priorities straight and grill something up tomorrow. ;) Love me a good Jucy Lucy.
