Any one cooked a bone-in brisket or know where to find one? I know they’re popular in Brazilian/Argentinean cuisine, but I wonder if they would good smoked? I mean it’s the best of both worlds, Beef ribs and brisket
I think your best bet would be to contact a processor. I'm sure it'd be a special-order item but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible to get one. Note that "possible" might not necessarily equal "easy".
That is something I've never seen before. So you already got one? Or are looking for one? Why not just seperate the ribs from the brisket? They might cook differently....just a thought. No clue.
