I recently picked up two 8" diameter x2" deep BGE ceramic pizza stones for making deep dish. They are discontinued and were discounted and sold as is. I figured it would be easy enough to find directions for how to use them. Sadly I was wrong and I'm dying to make some deep dish pizza. So to get back to your pizza: the pictures are just killing me. Seriously though, nicely done!
