I have been asked to provide 35 pulled pork sandwiches and 35 brisket sandwiches for a party at work. I am also bringing chips and baked beans for about that many as well.
My question for you experienced caterers on the board is how much brisket and pulled pork? Do you guys have a rule of thumb you go with for pre-cooked weight for brisket and butts and beans (assume 1 cup servings?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
