Pizzas then the Decadent Dessert....

Alright so this topic won't be about the pizzas I made but the ultimate pie I just made thanks to our very own Griffin who discovered this beauty of a recipe....I decided it was enough time that I would do a dessert on the Egg. Normally I'm not one to make desserts or bake in the family but I love Pecan Pie....So I tried the Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie....In one word....WOW

Then onto the Egg. I followed Griffins instructions to a T....Platesetter legs down, little green things and rest the pie on that...

I took this thing out and I just couldn't wait to try it after all I have to try it before I let anyone else...So why not burn the roof of my mouth while doing it.

This thing was amazing all 3 of my kids loved it, so did my parents.....

All I can say is if you like Pecan Pie and you like Chocolate this is a MUST make on the Egg.

Now I know that pecan pie is good when pizza on the Egg takes a complete back seat to it. Nicely done!

My mom uses Capt Morgan in her pecan pies. Sadly, I've never been a pecan guy, even bathed in Mr Morgan.

Yeah it has nothing to do with the little amount of bourbon in it...It's all about the gooey chocolate chips.....That's what puts it over the top!
