Still working on tweaking the recipe just right before this year's Eggtoberfest. :)

I had breakfast for dinner last night....some simple scrambled eggs and Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage Patties on the side...

I still have a coupla things I want to tweak. But it's getting better with each attempt. The topping is just right IMHO...using some ground up Cheese and Garlic Croutons with Butter drizzled on top before smoking it up. Getting close, but still no cigar at the moment... :)

Breakfast for dinner--very nice! Might I suggest adding some rendered bacon to the potatoes?

All that practice is a tough job, but someone has gotta do it. :roll: :wink: Perhaps we will see the final version of this recipe in some future edition of the EggFest Cookbook.
