Happy National Rum Day!

Today is National Rum Day so what better way to celebrate than with some Pina Coladas? Like we need a reason around these part to celebrate?

Isn't your drink supposed to have a little umbrella in it?

I've seen rum-involved recipes on Steven's shows before but at the moment I'll be darned if I can remember one!

The umbrellas didn't occur to me when I was at the liquor store yesterday. I was halfway home and I thought about it. I was actually planning on the Pina Coladas making their appearance on my blog Friday morning, but when I found out today was Natl. Rum Day, they jumped up and the post for today has been put off till tomorrow. Although, now it might be put off till this weekend as I cooked something else that I want to run first.
