It was atender lion cut, rubbed with a mixture of Cayenne pepper, Cumin, Garlic Power, Salt & Pepper.
The pork was spicy, but the Pineapple was a nice equalizer.

Su-weee! Beercuer see, Beercuer like. Pork and pineapple go together sow well. Kebobs can be tricky, and you did a marvelous job nailing it, Sroach. Clever way to do that cut of meat.
Got beer???

Beercuer, I can't take all the credit.. love cooking on my webber kettle. That is until I get my egg (some day).

Man, that looks tasty! That meal looks very friendly to a low carb diet too. I'm going to have to recreate that next week....thx for the idea!
