Did some more pizza. Used provolone, mozzarella, colby. Topped with Nathans angus all beef hot dogs and did a butter garlic on the crust with some sunflower seeds. Had small issue picking the pizza up with super peel. The pizza was a little to big for the peel.
I have a poolish started last night for a pizza for lunch so I can finally try some caputo flour. I have just been using regular all purpose flour. Can't wait to see if there is a big difference.
As I see it, that pizza is huge, Jsperk. Congratulations on managing that one! As the saying goes, "neat trick if you can do it." Anyway, I sure do like the looks of how your crust colored out. That looks really cool. I bet it was very tasty too with your choice of ingredients.
Thanks guys. I probably wont add sunflower seeds again but I was interested in how it would be. After seeing Beercuer's pizza, next time some jalapno's with the hot dogs.
