The full name of the recipe is Pepper Jack-Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Chipotle and Bacon Slather. It is every bit as tasty as it is long. I found the recipe on Big Green Eggs site in a publication about planking.

I havent done much planking and wanted to give it a try. The name made it jump right to the top of the list and it did not disappoint. The full recipe is in the link above so I will let the photos tell the story. All I can say is... delicious!

You know I was just playing around when I copied your remarks from my bacon explosion post and changed fatty to pie, right?

74 pounds gone now... eating just like that every day. :)

If anyone is inclined they can read about it here. http://mymiraclelifestyle.blogspot.com/

Your going to have to "refreshen" my memory. I don't quite recall it.

Congrats on the 74 lbs though. That is amazing!
