Pepper Jack-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

The full name of the recipe is Pepper Jack-Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Chipotle and Bacon Slather. It is every bit as tasty as it is long. I found the recipe on Big Green Eggs site in a publication about planking.

I havent done much planking and wanted to give it a try. The name made it jump right to the top of the list and it did not disappoint. The full recipe is in the link above so I will let the photos tell the story. All I can say is... delicious!

74 lbs! Congratulations!!!!! I was happy with my 42 lb loss, but that is phenomenal!
