As I'm sure everyone knows, many parts of the U.S. are experiencing a major heat wave. Are people here cutting back on the grilling because it's just too uncomfortable outside? Tonight I grilled for the first time since last weekend and while I was in the garage the temperature went from well above 90 at the start to 105 by the time my round steak was done, but obviously I had a hot charcoal fire and a cast iron grate in a semi-enclosed space.
