Homemade hot dogs

Had a small amount of hot dog seasoning left. We also had a dog burger. Left over in the stuffer disc and made the wife ssome tofu.

So what cuts/pieces/floor sweepings did you use for the hot dogs? We've all heard the horror stories...

Yum! I would love to try homemade dogs one day.

I've never had homemade hotdogs either. But if homemade hot dogs are as good as homemade anything else is, they must be excellent. Color me jealous!
