Beef Ribs

Usualy the beef ribs locally look like bleached whale bones with a few meat fibers on them, but my local grocery had these & they were the best I've seen!
Cost $2.70/ lb since I don't buy them don't know if good or bad!
Had already seasoned them & looking for idea's & got on this forum then on quel's blog ( lots of idea's I may steal oops borrow!)
On CGK with a couple chunks pecan for about 90 min @ 300+-
Really good , if I find them with meat will do again!

i did his recipe and i thought theay where better then spare ribbs and for the price i will be doing them a lot theay where delicious

You don't see store-bought ribs like that very often! Some newbie cutter probably got chewed out by the boss for leaving that much money on the bones!

Great looking beef ribs. I like my butcher, but the best reason to get to know one is so he will cut ribs like that!! I would take a rack of those any day.

Lucked out on those ... I can only find ribs like that at Restaurant Depot, where tyey are meant to be cut that way. With a supermarket, you have to wait for a mistake, or there is too little meat to make it worth the effort and coals.
