Usualy the beef ribs locally look like bleached whale bones with a few meat fibers on them, but my local grocery had these & they were the best I've seen!
Cost $2.70/ lb since I don't buy them don't know if good or bad!
Had already seasoned them & looking for idea's & got on this forum then on quel's blog ( lots of idea's I may steal oops borrow!)
On CGK with a couple chunks pecan for about 90 min @ 300+-
Really good , if I find them with meat will do again!
