I made some Southwest Chipolte pork chops on the BGE.

Chops were marinated over night then cooked in the BGE.
I added some oak for a bit of smoke flavor as well.

finished up the meal with grilled corn and carrots.

the meal was a definite hit with the family
Definitely will do this again 8)

Looks terrific! Oh man, I haven't had grilled corn on the cob in forever. Gotta pick some up.

Looks like a wonderful meal.

Grilled carrots? First time I've seen that, I think. How were they?

Grilling really brings out the sweetness in root vegetables.

Greg, did you make up the recipe on the fly or is it in a book? Those look like chops I'd like to try.

Thanks everyone.
The carrots did turn out very good...........actually sweet as Brad had mentioned.
They were just rubbed with EVOO and put on the grill.

The Chipotle marinade is something I discovered online

*2 chipotle chiles in adobo
*3 tablespoons tequila or vodka
*2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
*1 tablespoon ketchup
*1 tablespoon adobo sauce, from chipotle can
*1 clove garlic, chopped
*2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*1 tablespoon olive oil

Puree in the blender.

Good luck!
