Two New Dizzy Pig Rubs

I got home today and found a package in the mail from Dizzy Pig. It had totally slipped my mind that we had been exchanging e-mail last month. Chris over at DP was putting together a small group of cooks to try out some new spices and he wanted me to help. How cool is that?

Not familiar with indian food at all but the Fajita one sounds fabulous...Put it on a flank steak or skirt steak hook me up with some tortillas and I'm a happy man!

Yeah... i really don't know anything about curries or Indian food. I have heard that there are an unlimited number of curries depending on where you go, but that's about all I know.
