Wife was in a World Market Wednesday and found a new cool grill for me. Terracotta shaped like a pig. Handmade in Indonesia. Tag says it is a common type grill used on the beaches of Bali & Indonesia. Small cooking surface - about 3/4 hibachi size. Had seen these in a World Market ad a couple of years ago but they did not have any left in stock and never got another shipment. Doubt that I'll use it a lot - maybe a couple strip steaks, burgers, hot dogs, or sausages. Really just wanted one for the conversation factor.
How much you wanna bet that BBcueZ already has one of those? He probably even has the world's tiniest rotisserie accessory attached to the top of it. I've seen those before too. Cute.
I've kind of got this fictional barbecue team personna - I don't compete. Mine will get painted with the sign and logo. I'll cook on it once or twice but it is more a conversation grill. I've got my Weber's for grilling and barbecue.
The grill is only $24.99. If you spend a total of $30 between now and May 13, you can get either a one year subscription to Marta Stewart Living or a refund of $14.95 via the mail.
