best ribbs ive done in awhile i have to figure out how to get my license tag up here

I did 3 of those 1" thick center cut pork chops that are attached at the backbone and 4 boneless beef short ribs. 7 quart crock pot of pinto beans. Cole slaw with an English cucumber and some radishes sliced in. Girlled 4 boneless rib eye steaks.

Sounds like there were some good eats yesterday!
