I started with a whole beef tenderloin, I liberally rubbed it with Cajun seasonings, then smoke roasted it to medium. I sliced the meat thin using a meat slicer. I pan sautéed onions, garlic, and baby Bella mushrooms. The Italian hogtie rolls were very lightly grilled after we drizzled them with a white truffle oil. The blue cheese sauce was made via a melted mixture of blue cheese, heavy cream, and white wine. Not your average wiz!
They were pretty awesome.
We had extra toppings and sauce left so we made some million dollar cheese fries!
