Ok guys, it's my year to buy a BGE..
Chargriller is pretty rusty these days and it's time to consolidate. LOL
Been reading a lot of your posts and doing some research but two simple question seem to escape me..
1. If you leave the coal in the bottom of the pit to reuse, is it a long process to light it and get it ready for cooking? I am used to putting net new coal in the chimney and dumping it in the WSM or the CG duo.
2. When smoking how do you get access to add wood chunks?
3. Bonus question, I am thinking about the large with the table, a dealer near me has a BGE table with stainless steel on the top. Unless you guys say don't waste your money.
