Pizza party on the Egg (pics)

Got it chugging at 600, and did a variety. Buffalo chicken did not get photos.

But:

White pizza with onion:



The "Come Kiss Me" - olive, anchovy, onion, pepperoni, and bacon:



BBQ Chicken - bbq sauce, cheddar/pizza mix, onion, and ...well, chicken:



Wood-fired crust on a Friday night. Sorry for the lump under the nail



Used the screen to raise the crust up off the stone if it got too hot, or was cooking too fast. Gave me a lot more control over the browning.

Excellent looking pizza!! I had a big grilled chicken supper but looking at those pictures of your pizza made me hungry again. Nicely done!
