Been a long time since I've done an overnighter, and after working 11 straight days, this was almost going to be a turbo butt on Friday, but at the last minute, I said screw it, poured myself a bourbon and coke and fired up the Egg. Figure the Auber Pit Controller can take care of it anyway. Butt went on at 10.

Look at all those wires! A true southern boy wouldn't be using all those fancy schmancy techy doo hickies... I ain't buyin' that you're from Texas. Just kiddin'... I'm just jealous of your Auber. Looks like you need to replace your Eggs gasket! I didn't realize how much of a difference it made with snuffing the coals out until after I replaced mine.
